Harold Bailey, 71, of Galion passed away Friday, January 28, 2022 at Avita Galion Hospital.

 

Born October 10, 1950 in Lima, Ohio, he was the son of Joe Bailey and Ella (Harmon) Bailey-Poe.

 

He enjoyed collecting knives.

 

He is survived by sons, Ollie Joe (Christy) Bailey of Mt. Gilead and Harold Bailey, Jr. of Shelby; seven grandchildren, Nichole, Logen, Cameron, Alicia and Caiden Bailey and Adriana Brown and Jaxon Tinch; three great grandchildren, Izak, Braxten and Boston; three siblings Kenneth (Lisa) Bailey of Goshen, Ind., Betty Morris of Galion and Sharon Parsons of Vanceburg, Ky.

 

In addition to his parents  he was also preceded in death by siblings, Emogene Hanback, Ella Little, Ollie Bailey and Tealie Clark.

 

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833 where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday February 2,  with Pastor Ted Howard officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Galion.
