Doyle L. Myers age 95 of Reynoldsburg, passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at Solivita of Echo Manor in Pickerington, Ohio.
Doyle was born on May 6, 1926, in Butler, Ohio to the late Archie and Gladys (Leddy) Myers.
On November 28, 1952, Doyle married Ruth Miller and they enjoyed 60 years of marriage until she passed.
Doyle worked for PPG Industries until his retirement in 1988. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #303. Doyle was an avid music fan and enjoyed playing the keyboard, oftentimes at local nursing homes, bringing joy to the residents. His greatest enjoyment in life was his family, Doyle cherished the moments spent with his children and grandchildren.
Doyle is survived by six children, David Myers of Leesburg, FL., Janice (DeVere) Wilson of Sandusky, Gerald (Garnett) Myers of Mansfield, Jeannie (Gene) Eaton of Montana, Harold (Patricia) Myers of Lexington, and Sharon (Dale) Beall of Reynoldsburg; sister, Lois Perito of Crestline, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and his wife, Doyle was preceded in death by his sister Wynona Fortney.
The family will observe a graveside service at Greenlawn Cemetery to be announced at a later date.
