Doris J. Shaffer, 88, of Galion passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at her home.
She was born May 20, 1932, in Galion and was the daughter of Oris and Myrtle (Miller) Rinehart. Doris was married to Don Kelber and is preceded in death by her second husband, Richard Shaffer.
Doris graduated from Iberia School and was a homemaker. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist of Mansfield.
Doris is survived by son Terry Kelber of Galion; three grandchildren, Scott Kelber of Columbus, Tricia (Chris) Wilburn and Jeremy Kelber all of McArthur, Ohio; a great-grandchild, Rachel Wilburn, and two sisters-in-law, Jane and Helen Rinehart both of Galion.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a son, Jerry Kelber; three brothers, William, Cecil, and Melvin Rinehart and a sister, Pauline (Fred) Hiler,
A service will be held at a later date.
