Colleen M. Fritz, 85 of Bucyrus passed away on Monday December 14, 2020 at Signature of Galion. Colleen was born April 16, 1935 to the late James and Vancanillia (Kennedy) Purvis. She was married December 20, 1953 to George Fritz who preceded her in death on July 28, 1996. She was also preceded in death by one sister Elaine Purvis.
Colleen is survived by children David, Margo, Crissandra, and Jennifer; grandchildren Jeremy, Taylor, Jason, Joshua, and Nichole; brother Kenny Purvis; and one sister Kathie Purvis.
Colleen retired from Timken after working 16 years. She graduated from Mt. Zion High School in 1951 and has lived her entire life in the community. Colleen was a member of Martin Luther Lutheran Church and enjoyed herb gardening.
The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Friday from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm when the procession will leave the funeral home for graveside burial services in Oakwood Cemetery.
