Christine S. Baker, 66, Galion, passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2018 after a one-year illness.

Christine was born on January 6, 1952 to the late Robert and Donna Terman.  She married Ron L. Baker II on October 30, 1991 and he survives her.

Christine was retired from the Bucyrus Police Department as a Dispatcher.  She was an animal lover of all kinds.  Christine was a fabulous baker and was known for her famous chocolate cakes.  Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and she was proud of each and every one of them. She enjoyed spending time on the beach. She will be greatly missed by so many.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; Rob and Victoria Eggeman of Delaware, Chad and Lori Eggeman of Florida, Christopher Baker of Columbus, Brieann Baker of Delaware, Alex Baker of Columbus; six grandchildren; sister, Yvonne and Bill; her father-in-law, Ronald Baker I of Galion; and sister, Lynnette and Dennis Sterling of Galion.

She was preceded in death by brother Charles Terman; and her beloved companion, her dog Molly who passed away a week ago at the age of 15.

Friends may call Saturday, May 26, 2018 for a memorial visitation from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Schneider-Gompf Funeral Home, 303 Portland Way North, Galion.
