Brenda G.Riley, 70 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Bucyrus Community Hospital. Brenda was born February 18, 1951, in Welch, WV to the late Herman and Evelyn (Foley) Bowman. She was married on October 17, 1976, to Gary Riley who survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Michael Stamper, daughter Michelle Johns, brothers Frank and Billy, and sister Drema.
Brenda is also survived by children Tammy (Billy) Butterman, Troy (Anita) Riley, Shawn (Tracey) Riley, Roccho Riley, and Vivian (Emory) Stamper; 19 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, son-in-law Ed Johns, and sister Shirley.
Brenda worked as a nurse for 30 years and last worked at Altercare. She enjoyed the outdoors and especially liked hunting and fishing.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 6:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Hager officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until the time of the service.
