Betty J. Sherman, 84, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018. She was the loving spouse of 65 years to Paul E. Sherman, loving mother of Christine (Mark) Maxwell of Lexington, Debra (Mark) Farina of Galion, grandmother of Nicole, Brent, Dane (Sara), Maria (Ryan), Melody, great-grandmother to Caleb and dear sister of Jeanne Schneider.
Betty was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Galion and was an avid football fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
In addition to her parents, Earl and Rose (Kuntz) Lear, she was preceded in death by infant brother Kenneth Lear.
Per Betty’s request a private family service and burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your favorite charity in care of the funeral home. Betty’s family would like to thank Mansfield Place and Hospice of North Central Ohio for their loving care.
