Betty L. Adams, 86, of Galion passed away Monday, June 29, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus.

Born October 12, 1933 in Galion, she was the daughter of Richard L. Jolley and Opal (Price ) Jolley.

Betty worked first for Shelby Tube which later became Quanex in Shelby where she retired after working as a machinist for over thirty years. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, shopping, going to casinos and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by four children, Rance Hoffman of Galion, Rhalana (Chuck) North of Galion, Shawnna Coleman of Galion and Dakeena (Richard) Morris of Gahanna; 14 grandchildren, Chay Hoffman, Dustin (Cheryl) Hoffman, Tyler Hoffman, Alicia Hoffman, Taran Hoffman, Madison Hoffman, Karcey Coffman, Laven (Amy) North, Shandon (Cortney) North, Brandon North, Brayawna (Brandon) Hogsett, Lakseh Draper, Coldan Draper, Morgan Morris and Marissa Morris; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters, Juanita Wilson and Norma Wilson and Betty’s lifelong companion Roger D. Adams

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Claude & Ralph Jolley and a grandson, John Crank.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Richardson Davis Chapel of Snyder Funeral Homes, 218 South Market St., Galion, Ohio 44833.  A graveside service will be held at Crawford County Memory Gardens at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2020 with Dr. Bruce Phillippi officiating.
