Barbara Ann Arndt, 75, of Mansfield and recently of Galion passed away Friday, September 3, 2021 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She had been seriously ill the past week.
Born in Mansfield on July 21, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Barbara Ann (Draper) Sowash.
Barb graduated from Mansfield Senior High School and received her Associates Degree in Accounting. She enjoyed garage sales, her cats and spending time with her grandchildren.
Barb is survived by three children, daughter Becky Bartholomew of Mansfield, Dan Arndt of Mansfield and Michael (Kristina) Arndt of Galion; three grandchildren, Brandan Smith, Kaitlyn Bartholomew and Kayla Arndt; numerous great-grandchildren and a sister, Cheryl Park of Mansfield.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Paul Arndt.
There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
