The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, March 10 at 12:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
- Crawford County Council on Aging, Inc., 216 S. Spring Street has requested an Area Variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow a 10 foot side yard spacing versus the 30 yard requirement to accommodate construction of a new commissary and meal preparation building.
- Bucyrus Area YMCA, 1655 E. Southern Avenue has requested a sign replacement. Since the YMCA is located in a residential district, they must receive a variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to install a new sign.
