The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
- Elizabeth Jeffrey has requested an Area Variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow the 10’ by 20’ shed that has been placed on part of Inlot 36. This lot is separate from the principal residence and is located west across the adjacent alley. The shed appears to stand on the south property line and is five feet, six inches from the pavement of the alley. The lot is located in the General Business District that has setbacks of forty feet for the front yard and twenty feet for the side yard.
