The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
- Paul Usher 530 Plymouth, would like to place a 24’ by 26’ by 9’ metal garage on Inlot 3533. This lot is undeveloped located south of 1014 High Street. The garage would stand sixteen feet from the sidewalk of High Street and be centered on the lot. As there is no residence on this lot, any proposed storage building is to be considered a Conditional Use and must receive approval of the Board of Zoning Appeals pursuant to 1187.01 (a) of the Bucyrus Codified Ordinances.
