The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
• Beverly A. Klinkert, 564 Kaler Avenue, has requested an area variance to grant a lot split so she can purchase the land where her home is located. Mrs. Klinkert is seeking approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals for an Area Variance allowing the lot split to proceed to the Bucyrus City Planning Commission.
