The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting at 4 p.m. on Feb. 23 in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
The board is meeting to discuss a conditional use approval by Rick Stuckert. Stuckert would like to purchase the former Carter Lumber property located at 1850 Marion Road. He is seeking a Conditional Use approval from the Bucyrus Zoning Appeals Board to allow the property to be used as a residence with storage for agricultural related items and equipment.
