The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
- Edward and Barbara Stofcheck are seeking a Conditional Use approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals to create a four-unit apartment building at 848 W. Mary Street; two apartments upstairs and two downstairs. This property was formerly the site of the ambulance service.
