The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 2:30 p.m. in Council Chambers on the second floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:

Val J. Fawley, owner of Outlot 508 would like to split a portion of Outlot 508 and transfer ownership to J. R. Jenney in order to accommodate an encroachment of an accessory structure that was placed at 112 Brookside Drive. Also, the proposed lot split would provide a side yard for same.
