BUCYRUS — The Wynford High School Drama Department has been busy in rehearsal for their next production, “Shrek the Musical.”
With book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire, music by Jeanine Tesori, and based on the hit movie, the story follows an ogre named Shrek who sets out to rescue a princess in order to get his swamp back. Along the way, he discovers the value of love and friendship.
Show dates are March 15 and 16 at 7:30 p.m. and March 17 at 2:30 p.m. at the Wynford High School Auditorium.
Tickets are $10 and available at the door.
