Wynford School District is announcing registration/screening for next school year 2017-2018. Residents of Wynford District with a child entering kindergarten next fall may call the Wynford Elementary Building to register your child. The cut-off age for kindergarten is five on/by August 1.
Screening dates are Thursday, April 20, and Friday April 21, 2017. Pleasee call the school a 419-562-4619 ext. 301 to register your child for a screening appointment.
Kindergarten requirements include immunizations, copy of a physical exam, government issued birth certificate, custody papers, and proof of residency.
Immunizations include 5 doses – DPT; 4 doses – Polio; 2 doses – MMR; 3 doses – hepatitis B and 2 doses- Chickenpox.
All required immunizations must be on file with the school’s nurse before the first day of school.
