BUCYRUS—Christina Sexton, 29, currently incarcerated in Cleveland, appeared in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday.

Sexton pleaded guilty to one count of burglary, a felony of the fourth degree punishable with up to 18 months in prison, and one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to 12 months in prison.

In an agreed plea negotiation, Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Sexton to six months in prison on each count for a total of 12 months in prison.

She will forfeit all drug-related property, including electronics and cell phones. Judge Leuthold told Sexton he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.

Caitlynne Lambright, 33, of Tiffin, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of drugs and a new charge of possession of fentanyl, each fifth-degree felonies and each punishable with up to 12 months in prison.

In an agreed plea negotiation, Judge Leuthold sentenced Lambright to six months in prison on each of the possession charges for a total of 12 months in prison. In the fentanyl case, Leuthold sentenced Lambright to six months in prison to run concurrently with the other two sentences.

Lambright will forfeit all drug-related property, including electronics and cell phones. Leuthold said he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.

In other court news, Keith Horseley, 56, of Bucyrus, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal child non-support, a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to 12 months in prison.

Judge Leuthold sentenced Horseley to five years of community control. He was ordered to pay his child support arrears of $15,451.00 and stay current on child support payments.

Austin Kingseed, 33, of Tiffin, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony punishable with up to 18 months in prison.

Kingseed was placed on five years of community control, ordered to complete a drug and alcohol assessment and any follow-up treatment. He will forfeit all drug-related property as well as electronics and cell phones. He also forfeited $410.00 in cash.
