BUCYRUS―An officer on patrol at Lincoln Meadows in the Bucyrus Plaza area encountered a woman attempting to interject herself with suspected heroin.
At 8:58 a.m., Kaylie Phillips, 23, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments and obstructing official business. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center.

8:25 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of a possible disturbance that occurred at Bucyrus Plaza overnight.
11:17 a.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1300 block of East Beal Avenue was investigated.
12:19 p.m.-Officers assisted the Ohio State Highway Patrol east of Bucyrus on US 30.
1:38 p.m.-Officers made a welfare check in the 300 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
2:38 p.m.-Officers responded to the 1800 block of East Mansfield Street in reference to a trespasser.
2:49 p.m.-A private property accident was investigated in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
3:47 p.m.-A person came to the station to speak with an officer.
7:08 p.m.-Officers searched the area of 300 South Spring Street for a missing juvenile.
7:57 p.m.-A verbal warning for an equipment violation was issued in the Maple and Plymouth Street area.
11:01 p.m.-A report of an ATV on the roadway in the area of Failor Avenue was investigated.
