The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon to hear two requests, including one for a parking lot in the downtown area.
Wise Funeral Services is requesting permission to build a parking lot on the northeast corner of South Poplar and West Warren streets. Current regulations require a side yard of 10 feet. Wise’s plans would leave a little over six feet on the north side and just under three feet on the east.
The other request to be considered by the board is from Val Fawley for a lot split.
