BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—Ian Moore, a 24-year-old resident of Willard, was arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Thursday after being taken into custody on October 16.
Moore is charged with one count of attempted murder, a first-degree felony that carries a potential sentence of up to eleven years in prison. Additionally, he faces two counts of domestic violence, each classified as a second-degree felony.
Assistant Prosecutor Dan Stanley stated that Moore is accused of kicking a pregnant victim with the intent to cause harm his baby that she was carrying.
Fortunately, Stanley confirmed that the baby is unharmed.
Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold set Moore’s bond at $750,000, and a pretrial date will be scheduled in the near future. Moore remains in custody in the Crawford County Jail.
