The disagreement continued in Crestline Village Council Chambers between Village Administrator Marc Milliron and members of council.
The issue of Milliron’s authorization of a water line to a residence on Middletown Road arose at Monday’s meeting. Council member Gene Toy alleged that Milliron did not get the requisite approval from the Ohio EPA. Mayor Gloria McDonald questioned whether or not Toy had the authority to contact the Ohio EPA on behalf of the city.
Milliron said the city has 90 days to file the forms with the Ohio EPA.
