The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank VFW Post #1078 for their continued support and kind donation. The VFW #1078 recently donated money to the Crawford County Special Deputies Unit. The money will be used to maintain the K-9 Unit at the Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit consists of 1 Belgian Malinois used in narcotic detection, and 2 Bloodhounds, used in man tracking, such as missing persons to fleeing suspects from a crime scene.
