UPPER SANDUSKY—On Saturday, Upper Sandusky police were dispatched to Love’s Travel Center about a suspicious person.

Upon arrival, officers contacted Ramone A. Jackson (age 43) of Cleveland, Oh.

During the contact, it was discovered Mr. Jackson had a warrant for his arrest out of Columbus for a parole violation.

Officers took Mr. Jackson into custody and, during a search to arrest, discovered a stolen 9mm handgun, approximately 2 grams of suspected Cocaine, and approximately 8 oz of suspected Methamphetamines.

Mr. Jackson was booked at the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office for Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Cocaine, Weapons Under Disability, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, and Receiving Stolen Property for the stolen gun.
