The Crawford Park District’s Tellin’ Tales and Leesville History programs will be combined this Saturday afternoon at Lowe-Volk Park. The combined program will be at 2 p.m. and focus on the Underground Railroad in Crawford County.
On a map from “The Mysteries of Ohio’s Underground Railroads”, Crawford County shows Galion, Leesville, Bucyrus, and Tiro on the escape routes. Retired history teacher, Dave Fisher, will be present as a resource person for the discussion.
The public is invited to join in the discussion and share what they know and stories they have been told.
