BUCYRUS―Two people were arrested during a traffic stop at 7:16 p.m. on Wednesday in the West Perry and Sears Street area.
One person was arrested for possession of suspected methamphetamine and the other was arrested on a warrant. One of the two people was also served a summons.
One of the suspects was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held for court.

10:54 a.m.-A report of a possible theft in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street was investigated.
1:16 p.m.-A report of a suspicious person walking in the area of Dudley and Emerson Streets was investigated.
1:49 p.m.-A person came to the station to speak with officers regarding a domestic situation.
2:13 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with delivering a message in the 400 block of Heritage Circle.
2:15 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.
2:25 p.m.-A Walnut Street resident requested an officer view property that he found and a security check was made for the resident.
2:26 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver on Hopley Avenue.
2:39 p.m.-A private property accident report was taken at Walmart parking lot involving two vehicles.
2:45 p.m.-Officers took a juvenile complaint report in the 900 block of West Perry Street.
4:20 p.m.-Officers investigated a juvenile complaint in the 700 block of South East Street.
5:13 p.m.-Officers assisted the Bucyrus Fire Department in the 600 block of South Walnut Street where there was a cooking fire.
7:07 p.m.-Officers responded to a deer/vehicle collision in the 500 block of West Mansfield Street. The deer ran into the side of the vehicle and died.
8:14 p.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the Waterford Glen area. Officers assisted Portsmouth EMS at the scene of an attempted suicide.
8:32 p.m.-Officers searched the area of Marion Road and South Sandusky Avenue for a suspicious person.
11:07 p.m.-Officers checked an open door in the 1500 block of Woodland Drive and conducted a security check.

2:44 a.m.-Officers responded with EMS personnel to an unknown medical emergency in the area of Forest and West Perry Streets. Officers assisted a citizen to a residence.
5:45 a.m.-Officers assisted a motorist with a disabled vehicle in the area of East Perry Street and North Sandusky Avenue.
