BUCYRUS — Two men were arraigned Wednesday in the Crawford County Common Pleas Court. Both men were recently indicted by a Crawford County Grand Jury.

Michael Bloomfield, 25, of Lorain is charged with four separate counts regarding sexual conduct. Bloomfield is charged with one count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor (15 years old), a fourth-degree felony punishable with up to 18 months in prison, two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor, each fourth-degree felonies and each punishable with up to 18 months in prison, and one count of dissemination matter harmful to a juvenile (exchange of several photos), a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to one year in prison. If convicted, Bloomfield would be a tiered sexual offender.

Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold set bond at $150,000. Bloomfield has retained Norwalk attorney Russell Leffler.

Jacqueline Andrews, 44, of Shelby was arraigned on one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to one year in prison and two counts of possession of a dangerous drugs (gabapentin and tramadol), each first-degree misdemeanors and each punishable with up to six months in jail.

Leuthold set bond at $25,000 and appointed attorney Tani Eyer to represent her.

In other court action, Randy Bowman, 38, last known address the Crawford County Jail pleaded guilty to failing to register as a sex offender, a third-degree felony punishable with up to three years in prison.

“You have been in trouble so many times because you just won’t register,” Leuthold said. “It’s not like I’m asking you to sprout wings and fly. You have been to prison for not doing this and you are going back.”

Leuthold sentenced Bowman to 18 months in prison. He will receive 378 days of jail time credit.

Christina Hildreth, 49, of Bucyrus pleaded guilty to one count of failure to comply, a third-degree felony and one count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree punishable with up to one year in prison.

Leuthold sentenced Hildreth to the maximum sentence of four years in prison with a possible future judicial release. He imposed a three-year-to-lifetime driver’s license suspension.

Hildreth will receive 56 days of jail time credit and was ordered to forfeit all drug-related property to the Crawford County Sheriff.

Nathan McAdams, 22, of Bucyrus pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of his community control. McAdams was placed on community control in April.

McAdams admitted to tampering with evidence and failing a urine screen that was positive for meth, methamphetamine, and alcohol.

In a plea negotiation, McAdams was sentenced to one year in prison. There will be no new charges resulting from his community control violation.

Allen Heacock, 25, of Fostoria pleaded guilty to one count of criminal nonsupport, a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to one year in prison.

Leuthold gave Heacock five years of community control and ordered him to pay all arrearages and keep child support current.
