Police stated Funfgeld admitted to smoking fentanyl prior to the stop. She was arrested on charges of fentanyl possession and operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI). During the investigation, one officer was transported to Bucyrus Community Hospital by the Bucyrus Fire Department for potential fentanyl exposure. The officer was evaluated and released shortly after.

Later that evening, at approximately 11:49 p.m., officers conducted a second stop in the 1200 block of West Mansfield Street. The driver, Aubrey Daughetee, was found to be driving under a suspended license.

Following another positive alert by K-9 Capone, a search was conducted. A passenger, identified as Michelle Webb, allegedly attempted to conceal a bag containing suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, Xanax, and Adderall. After a brief struggle with officers, Webb was taken into custody.

Authorities confirmed Webb provided a false name and had an active warrant out of Wyandot County. She is facing charges of drug possession, falsification, and resisting arrest.

Both Funfgeld and Webb were transported to the Crawford County Justice Center to await court proceedings.
