CRESTLINE, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—On Wednesday morning at approximately 10:01 AM, the Crestline Police Department received a call requesting a welfare check at 722 N Henry St.

Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with individuals at the residence but were unsuccessful.

Concerned for the well-being of those inside, officers gained entry into the home, where they discovered two victims deceased.

The investigation is currently ongoing, and authorities have stated that further information will be released as it becomes available.

Officials assure the public that there is no active threat to the community.

Chief Jason Kitzmiller of the Crestline Police Department urges anyone with information regarding the incident to come forward and contact the Crestline Police or the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office.
