BUCYRUS—Two People were arraigned in Crawford County Common Pleas Court on Monday with charges of illegal use of food stamps. Dennis Thoroughman, 37, and Crystal Davey, 43, both of Bucyrus, were each charged with a fifth-degree felony punishable with up to 12 months in prison.
Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold entered not guilty pleas on their behalf. He appointed attorney Neil Huggins to represent Thoroughman and attorney Emily Beckley to represent Davey. They were given personal recognizance bonds.
Alan Swinson, 39, of Marion, was arraigned on one count of aggravated possession of meth, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison. He has retained attorney Michael Salmon to represent him. He was given a personal recognizance bond.
Zachary Wise, 27, of Clyde, was arraigned on one count of aggravated possession of drugs (Methamphetamines), a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison.
Judge Leuthold continued Wises’s $20,000 bond posted in Municipal Court. He appointed attorney Andrew Motter to represent him.
