Before festivities could begin for the Thanksgiving holiday, two people found themselves on the wrong side of the law.
Teddy Maynard, 67, of Bucyrus was arrested at his residence and charged with disorderly conduct on Wednesday after Bucyrus police responded to a call in which a reported disturbance involved a subject threatening others in a residence. He was issued a citation and taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.
James A. Morehart of Tiro was arrested by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday on assault charges. Morehart is being held until his court date.
