The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
The Board is meeting to discuss the following: The organization, Together We Hurt Together We Heal, is requesting a Similar Use Variance for the property at 124 Wayne Avenue. They would like to operate a men’s recovery house called the Sycamore Recovery House. The organization feels that this use is similar to a Class 1 Group Residential Facility and permitted in all districts where residences are a permitted use. This request is in accordance with Section 1155.02 Rules of Application part (e) Similar Uses.
