BUCYRUS―One person arrested and another was issued a citation after Bucyrus Police initiated a traffic stop in the area of Lane and Blicke Streets at 5:08 p.m. Tuesday evening.

The driver of the vehicle was issued a traffic citation while the passenger, Deven Garland, 25, was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs. They were both issued their paperwork for court and released.

8:33 a.m.-A disturbance in the 1900 block of Whetstone Street was investigated. A person was warned against trespassing.

10:49 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station regarding a disturbance in her residence.

12:30 p.m.-A parking complaint in the 500 block of East Charles Street was investigated.

1:33  p.m.-Officers investigated a traffic accident in the 900 block of Marion Road. It was a non-injury crash and a citation was issued.

3:23  p.m.-A written warning was issued in the area of East Charles and Walnut Streets.

3:52  p.m.-Officers spoke with a person at the station about a civil issue.

4:18  p.m.-Officers took a report at the station of counterfeit currency. The complainant received the counterfeit $5 bill from a gas station in Alvada.

4:33  p.m.-A welfare check was done in the 400 block of East Charles Street.

6:02  p.m.-A disturbance was investigated in the 700 block of Beverly Drive. A resident reported people outside his apartment bothering him. The people left the area.

6:19  p.m.-A person came to the station to make a report of theft.

6:39  p.m.-Officers investigated a hit-skip accident in the area of South Sandusky and Oakwood Avenues.

6:54  p.m.- Officers spoke to a resident in the 800 block of South Poplar Street about a family member having her vehicle without her permission. The vehicle was located in the Mansfield area by the Ohio State Patrol.

7:11  p.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:34  p.m.-Officers took a report of possible abuse in the 500 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

7:51  p.m.-A traffic citation was issued in the area of Whetstone Street and Wheeler Avenue.

9:04 p.m.-A verbal domestic disturbance was investigated in the 600 block of East Rensselaer Street.

9:08 p.m.-A traffic warning was issued in the 200 block of South Sandusky Avenue.

9:10 p.m.-Officers checked the welfare of a resident in the 700 block of Wilbur Street.

9:41 p.m.-Officers delivered a message to a resident in the 800 block of South Poplar Street for the Mansfield Ohio State Patrol.
