CRESTLINE — Crestline voters have three candidates to choose from to fill two positions on the Crestline Exempted Village School Board of Education when they head to the polls on Tuesday.

James Glauer served on the board from 2012 to 2015 but did not run in the last election.

“After spending more than 35 years working for the district as a teacher, coach and athletic administrator, I feel I can be asset to the district,” Glauer said.

For Aaron B. Martin, this will be the first time he has been a candidate for a board position.

“I feel like I could offer a fresh perspective for the district,” said Martin, who raised three children who graduated from Crestline High School.

Jeff Wilhite has served as a board member for more than a decade.

“I believe good things are happening and would like to continue the work we have started. I want to see continuing improvement on the state report card for the district, increase enrollment and academic offerings and to revive Crestline’s proud sports and arts programs,” said Wilhite.

All three candidates said they believe they will bring a positive voice for the district.
