BUCYRUS—Three defendants were sentenced Monday morning in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.
Logan Gillen, 30, of Nevada, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree punishable with up to 12 months in prison.
In a negotiated plea agreement, Crawford County Common Pleas Court Judge Sean Leuthold sentenced Gillen to six months in months in prison.
Gillen will forfeit all drug-related property and $60.00 in currency to the appropriate authorities. He will receive 51 days of jail time credit. Leuthold told Gillen he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
Nickolaus Davis, 40, of Mansfield, pleaded guilty to violating the terms and conditions of his community control. Davis was placed on five years of community control in 2020 after pleading guilty to felony child non-support.
According to probation officer Jeremy Clay, Davis missed an office visit on May 3rd and tested positive for methamphetamines, fentanyl, Tramadol, and other drugs.
Judge Leuthold sentenced Davis to six months in prison. Leuthold said he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
Austin Madden, 28, of Bucyrus, pleaded guilty to having weapons under disability, a third-degree felony punishable with up to 36 months in prison.
Judge Leuthold sentenced Madden to four months in prison. He will receive 56 days of jail time credit.
Leuthold told Madden he would not oppose transitional control if the prison requested it.
