BUCYRUS—Three teenagers were arrested on Monday night in the downtown area after a complaint of windows being broken out of the second story area of the Pelican House building.
At approximately 10:15 p.m., Bucyrus Police Officers responded to the complaint and through a combination of their investigation and community partnership, were able to arrest the three juveniles on multiple charges, including breaking and entering, resisting arrest, criminal damaging, underage consumption, disorderly conduct and obstruction of official business.

10:12 a.m.-Officers met with people in the 100 block of South Walnut Street regarding a vandalism complaint.
10:14 a.m.-A person came to the station to report being threatened through text messages.
11:02 a.m.-A vandal complaint was taken in the 600 block of Whetstone Street.
11:06 a.m.-A person came to the station to speak with officers regarding property.
11:34 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of an injured deer in the 400 block of North Sandusky Avenue. ODNR was contacted.
1:54 p.m.-Officers assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in the area of East Oakwood and Faustina Avenues.
1:59 p.m.-A welfare check was attempted in the 1000 block of Reid Street.
2:31 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 800 block of Wilbur Street.
3:00 p.m.- Officers assisted Portsmouth Ambulance personnel in the 100 block of East Lucas Street.
5:37 p.m.- A theft report was taken at the police department.
5:52 p.m.- A report of fireworks in the area of North Lane and Plymouth Streets was investigated.
6:14 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the area of Faustina Avenue and Osman Street.
6:37 p.m.- A welfare check was requested in the 900 block of Union Street.
7:16 p.m.- A parking complaint was made in the 900 block of East Mansfield Street.
7:28 p.m.- A disturbance was investigated in the 400 block of South Walnut Street.
8:12 p.m.- An assault report was investigated in the 900 block of Union Street.
9:12 p.m.- Officers investigated a domestic dispute in the 1100 block of Reid Street.
9:30 p.m.- An animal call was reported in the 600 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
9:44 p.m.-A report of fireworks in the area of Rosedale Avenue was made.
10:14 p.m.-A loud music report was made in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
10:44 p.m.-Officers responded to a report of large snake on the loose in the East Charles and Jones Street area. The snake was collected and will be taken to Wildlife Haven.
10:44 p.m.-A report of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of S Poplar St was investigated.
10:46 p.m.-A report of a person feeding wildlife out of their vehicle was made in the 200 block of East Mary Street.
10:51 p.m.-Officers investigated an open door in the 400 block of West Charles Street.
11:11 p.m.-Officers issued a verbal warning for setting off fireworks in the 1700 block of Marion Road.
11:12 p.m.-A report of juveniles drinking at Washington Square was unfounded.

12:29 a.m.-Officers responded to a fight in the Wallace Avenue and South East Street area.
1:47 a.m.-A report of vandalism was taken in the 200 block of West Warren Street.
2:24 a.m.-Officers spoke with a person regarding a runaway juvenile in the 800 block of East Rensselaer Street.
3:07 a.m.-Officers investigated a report of juveniles playing in the roadway in the 200 block of Hopley Avenue.
