The Bucyrus City Board of Zoning Appeals has scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Board is meeting to discuss the following:
- Levi Rowe, the tenant of 710 Plymouth Street is requesting approval for a Home Occupation to operate an automobile detailing service and repair business in the garage of the property. The property is located in the Urban Neighborhood Residential District and all Home Occupations require approval from the Board of Zoning Appeals.
- Amanda and Spencer Perdue, owners of 710 Plymouth Street are requesting a Conditional Use from the Board of Zoning Appeals to allow an automotive detail and repair business to operate in the garages of the property. The property is located in the R3 Urban Neighborhood Residential District.
- J&F Construction & Development, agent for Advanced Fiber Technology, Inc., is asking for permission to temporarily use stone as a surface material for a new drive/trailer parking area. The stone would be in place for a period of two to three years to ensure the stabilization of the sub-base material prior to applying the hard durable dustless surface as required by the Bucyrus Zoning Code.
