Three people don’t appear to be experiencing a lot of good fortune in connection with Lucky’s Cash & Carry in Tiro.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office reports it has arrested three male suspects, including one juvenile, in connection with a break-in at Lucky’s. That break-in was reported on July 25. Items reported missing included alcohol, tobacco products and candy.

Arrested as a result of the investigation by Sheriff’s Office personnel were 20-year-old Jacob Diemer of Shelby, 20-year-old Randle Battles of Tiro, and a 16-year-old male with a Shelby address.

Diemer and Battles are being held at the Crawford County Justice Center. The juvenile was released to the custody of his mother and charges are pending.
