MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield and the Hartford Alabama areas.
Michael McCoy—43 years old, 5-feet, 10 inches tall, 275 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. McCoy is wanted for a supervised release violation out of the federal probation office. He has ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas.
Kenneth Puckett—29 years old, 6-feet,4-inches tall, 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Puckett is wanted for a probation violation on the original charge of aggravated burglary with firearm spec. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Jecoa Stallworth— No age listed, 6-feet, 4-inches tall, 225 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Stallworth is wanted for a probation violation on the original charge of pandering sexual matter involving a minor. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
