MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—White male, 56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
Mitchell Fleming—Black male, 56 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 200 pounds, bald with brown eyes. Fleming is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs and also for failure to register as a sex offender. He has ties to the Mansfield and Columbus areas.
Ransom Havice II—White male, 38 years old, 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Havice is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal conveyance F3. He has ties to Mansfield, North Olmsted, and Columbus, OH.
Brian Davidson—White male, 43 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 150 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes. Davidson is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
