MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5-feet, 7-inches, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield and the Hartford Alabama areas.
Jeffery Collins—48 years old, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 160 pounds with black hair and green eyes. Collins is wanted for trafficking in drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield, Willard, and Huron County areas.
Zachary Fox—35-years-old, 5-feet, 7 inches tall, 170 pounds with red hair and hazel eyes. Fox is wanted for possession of drugs, probation violation on drug charges. He has ties to Huron County.
Anthony Daily—29 years old, 6-feet,1 inch tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Daily is wanted for a probation violation on aggravated possession of drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield and Shelby areas.
