With a focus on different styles of leadership, Crawford Conversations held their third luncheon Friday afternoon at Galion Community Hospital.

Born out of the CU Lead Committee, Crawford Conversations began last year with the purpose to create leadership within the county.

Dave Williamson of Crawford 20/20 explained the message he took away from the luncheon saying, “Leadership is not just born, but it can also be acquired through what you learn in your life’s experiences.”

Crawford Conversations Luncheons are held biannually in the spring and fall. The first meeting was held at Ohio Mutual with the focus of putting the global economy into easer to understand terms. The second learning luncheon was held at Lowe-Volk Park this past spring. The second meeting focused on the generational differences that occur in the work environment.

The panel for Friday’s Luncheon consisted of Jim Kennedy CEO of Ohio Mutual, Dawn Ratliff Predident of ADM Benefits, and Doug Leuthold President of Advanced Fiber Optics.
