Good afternoon,
First and foremost, we’d like to thank everyone who ensured our #GivingTuesday success at Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio, as well as all of you who participated and donated throughout the day. This day demonstrates the power that we all have to change the world. It also shows that there are millions out there who believe in doing good and helping others, which in and of itself is very inspiring.
Throughout the day, we received more than $5,000 from 16 donors, surpassing our goal. That is truly remarkable and a testament to the power of giving.
The time is right to expand the reach of vital JA programming throughout our 12-county region. We currently reach 11 percent of K-12 students – which means there is a great deal of room for growth – and the need continues to increase. Our Board and staff are committed to making it happen.
