State Route 598 to close for bridge replacement

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that State Route 598 will be closed July 14 for a bridge replacement.

The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that State Route 598, just north of State Route 96 in Vernon Township, will close Monday, July 14 for a bridge replacement.

The detour route for northbound motorists is SR 598 to SR 96, east on SR 96 to State Route 39, west on SR 39 to SR 598, and reverse for southbound motorists. The road is expected to reopen in mid-October 2014.
