Splash Park hours to change next week

Operating hours for the Galion Splash Park will be reduced beginning Wednesday, Aug. 24.

Operating hours for the Galion Splash Park will be reduced beginning Wednesday, Aug. 24. The new hours during weekdays will be 3:30-7 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, it will be open from 12-5 p.m.

The Splash Park will also be open from 12-5 on Labor Day (Sept. 4), which will be the last day of operation this season.

YMCA staff kept a rough count of attendance. After the season ends the city will share that data.
