On Thursday, Sept. 24 the Bucyrus City Council will meet for a special Council of the Whole meeting, called by Mayor Jeff Reser, to discuss the EPA Administrative Order on Consent. The meeting will take place in Council Chambers of City Hall, 500 S Sandusky Ave, Bucyrus, at 6 p.m.
Immediately following the special Council of the Whole meeting in Council Chambers, the Bucyrus City Council will meet for a special meeting at 6:30 p.m. This meeting is being called by Mayor Jeff Reser. The legislation requested from the special Council meeting of the Whole and the legislation that was held to the first reading at the September 15, 2015 meeting will be considered:
- No. 34-2015 Creation of new funds
- No. 35-2015 Various appropriations
- No. 37-2015 Alley vacation between McKinley and Lincoln
- No. 220-2015 OPWC bids
- No. 221-2015 Authorize payment to Brandstetter-Carroll
- No. 222-2015 US EPA Administrative Order on Consent
