Crawford: 20/20 Vision’s Summer SPARK 3: Dynamic Leadership will be held Friday, Aug. 1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bucyrus Public Library. Taught by Kelly Petrock of Acloche, SPARK 3 will focus on developing employee proficiency and autonomy.
It also will include discussions on:
• Helping others step up so you can step back
• How to address performance issues and better tools/methods to address accountability issues
• How to “strengthen your bench” and add skills of your employees
• How to feel confident you are using positive and corrective feedback frequently enough and correctly
The final course in this summer series, SPARK stands for Supervisors Promoting Awareness, Responsibility and Knowledge, and is a special edition of our Business Success and Job Availability Action Team’s Supervisor Boot Camp.
SPARK sessions are open to all levels of management in Crawford County and are stand-alone (it is not necessary to have attended SPARK 1 or 2 first).
