BUCYRUS—The “South of the Square Block Rally” was held at Schines Art Park on June 30th. Thirty-nine businesses sponsored the event that benefited The Grace Harris-Nichols Foundation. The Grace Harris-Nichols Foundation’s purpose is to share Grace’s light and kindness by helping others in our community and abroad. The Foundation’s volunteers will visit long-term care facilities to help spread cheer with bingo and their traveling library, including books, puzzles, and DVDs. The foundation also provides gas cards to families with medical emergencies, donates money to LifeWise Academy, Voice of Hope, and area soup kitchens.
