Prep early for the Aug. 21 solar eclipse. The Crawford Park District will be giving away pairs of solar safety glasses at 8 p.m. on June 24, just prior to the Viewing the Night Sky program.
After the distribution of solar safety glasses, a Night Sky Program will take place and is open for the public. Star gazers will be targeting our largest planets, Jupiter and Saturn.
